Applications are now open for the Harambeans Africa Jobs Fund Prize 2026, an initiative supporting exceptional African entrepreneurs and members of the African diaspora committed to building export-oriented manufacturing businesses in Africa. The Prize aims to accelerate ventures that create jobs, add value locally, and compete in global markets. The winner will receive US$20,000 in grant funding and admission to the Harambeans Alliance, a network of leading African entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders. Selected ventures may also access follow-on funding opportunities through the Africa Jobs Fund.

ELIGILITY CRITERIA

• Be born in an African country or be of African descent.
• Have an early-stage venture, a strong business concept, or a scalable opportunity in export-oriented manufacturing.
• Be committed to building or expanding a business that can create sustainable jobs in Africa.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive, execution capacity, and long-term growth potential.

BENEFITS

• The winner receives US$20,000 in grant funding to launch or accelerate their venture.
• Admission to the Harambeans Alliance, providing access to mentorship, partnerships, investors, and a pan-African entrepreneurial network.
• Potential access to follow-on funding through the Africa Jobs Fund, ranging from pilot funding to growth-stage investment.
